David is a qualified solicitor with over 30 years global experience working for multi-nationals.

David has significant experience navigating complex legal issues in Europe, Asia Pacific, S America, and Africa, working closely with senior leadership in providing strategic legal advice to achieve the best business outcomes. David's experience spans all areas of the law from Corporate and Commercial to IP in the manufacturing sphere. David has acted as Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary for a FTSE250 company, and acted as Chairman of the Trustees for a UK pension scheme for over 15 years and director of various legal entities in Europe. David has experience of establishing and developing an in-house legal team to provide an integrated global support to business leadership.
