She has led national HR teams and established HR Services for organisations with thousands of employees across the UK through to more recently those in the SME space. She has partnered ambitious businesses seeking to transition from traditional hierarchical structures to agile high performance environments.

Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster employee engagement. She has proven expertise in driving transformational change, organisational design and restructuring, employee relations and stakeholder engagement at a strategic level. Adept at coaching and mentoring Karen is skilled in creating and embedding organisational frameworks and cultural change to deliver business growth, operational excellence and rapid decision making across organisations.
