Leo is a seasoned corporate adviser with over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance, M&A and strategic consulting.

He has advised growth, small-cap and mid-cap businesses on transactions ranging from IPOs and M&A to complex funding structures across debt, equity and hybrid instruments. Leo has also served as the chair of a number of fund investment committees overseeing investments and assets under management of in excess of £800m.

He also acts for high-net-worth individuals, family offices and early stage investment vehicles advising on investment structures in sectors such as technology, recycling, and financial services.

His sector experience also includes professional services, manufacturing, infrastructure, logistics, fin-tech, alternative energy, real estate, retail and media.

Leo also has both Plc and Limited company boardroom experience managing P&L, client services, business development, operations, project management and strategic planning.

He brings a pragmatic, proactive, commercially focused approach to advising clients through the full business lifecycle—from growth strategy and operational refinement to exit planning and value realisation.
